Editorial Review:
Product Description: Artemis's mother has contracted a deadly disease--and the only cure lies in the brain fluid of African lemurs. Unfortunately, Artemis himself was responsible for making the lemurs extinct five years ago. Now he must enlist the aid of his fairy friends to travel back in time and save them. Not only that, but he must face his deadliest foe yet...his younger self.

Wow, I had been waiting for the next one to come out for a while, and it did not disappoint. Mainly because of the Holly/Artemis thing that I will not go into detail about to avoid spoilers. Very funny, very witty, very awesome.

My 14 year old son and I both laughed out loud. There was something new to giggle about on every page (non-spoiler samples: the espresso-drinking toddler on page 10, the parrot who cries "Who's your mama?" on page 300...) This is kid's lit that an adult can have for dessert. It's the 6th in the series (they aren't getting old yet). I am 23 years old and even though Colfer's Artemis Fowl series is aimed at a much younger audience I can't help but love it! This series is funny, entertaining, thrilling and very well written.

The Time Paradox starts off when Artemis returning home 3 years later. He now has 2 little brothers and he's growing up. This book is action packed the entire way, there's no rest at all in this book. It also seems to have the beginnings of a romance between Artemis and Holly. Artemis isn't the "bad guy" of the previous books. The plot of this book is Artemis must go back in time to save a Lemur and he has to face his younger self. It's very complicated at times and hard to follow. This book ... Read More

Dear Artemis Fowl, how his adventures keep going on strong. This Book CD is packaged in a cardboard slip case so handle with care, NO jewel case here.
Why oh why did they change the narrator.
Nathanial Parker DOSE NOT read this and the New narrator hasn't got a clue to even copy the original voices. Butler, changes from an intelligent Irish Heavy to a dumb Cockney thug, through voice alone. Not to mention the other changes. The feel of the story telling in someone else's voice after ...
