I bought this model about one month ago and then the hard drive died recently. I am going to send the computer back for repair but most likely I will lost all my data in the drive. what a bad experience.

I purchased two slimlines about 8 months ago. This is my first negative review to write about any company or product but I am compelled. Both desktops broke down within the first two months within 3 weeks of each other. After a nightmare with their technical support I sent them both back to be repaired. I've owned this little powerhouse for a couple of weeks now and have to say, coming from an almost 8 year old desktop and a core 2 duo laptop, I'm definitely impressed.
