- "Pave" is a serious exaggeration. There is literally a single 0.005 carat diamond in the middle of this heart pendant. The rest of the heart is a dull silver that contrasts conspicuously with the bright silver of the necklace links. I'm very disappointed and will be returning this ASAP. If you're looking for something sparkly and pretty as well as classy, I recommend you check out the Sterling Silver Cubic Zirconia heart necklace - virtually the same as this necklace, except the CZ heart actually sparkles.

Please note, the heart is not encrusted with diamonds (and rather has a few very tiny diamond accents), but for the price, I wouldn't have expected it to be full of diamonds. I bought it with plans of adding some gems or charms near the heart pendant to punch up color.
