My wife loves this thing. It was a Xmas gift. She is addicted to Starbucks $4 Latte. It makes excellent Latte even with skim milk. Maybe better than Starbucks. My only disappointment is the tamper is attached to the machine, a small annoyance. Once you get it figured out, Latte lovers will be in heaven.

The DeLonghi EC155 is a sturdy, well built machine that makes great coffees. I have been using for the past month after having a steam Krups (which i loved). the espresso is more authentic (great crema) and the steamer is so easy, even a newbie would be able to make perfect foamed milk. It is super easy to clean. The instructions say to turn on for 30 minutes prior to making coffee. I have never waited this long and usually only wait 6-7 minutes while getting milk, coffee, etc prepared. My ... Read More

Before a month was up the pump quit. So I had to send it to a service center because it was a couple of days over the return period. After another 2 months waiting for it, I got it back to have it work less than a month. Horrible!! We are experienced Espresso people, Have a Big pro machine in the kitchen but wanted this as an extra for down stairs. I bought this item as an xmas gift for my girlfriend, I personally cook quite often and thusly have been exposed to quite a few kitchen gadgets and have a decent sense of what to look for quality wise. This machine is a solid 4 stars for the category of machines it's in. If you are simply looking to duplicate your local coffee house white chocolate mocha this will get it done with ease.

Got this for my girlfriend for xmas and it's great. I work in a coffee house and she had been bugging me for our own machine. I got this one because it was a good price for a pump machine. It is a good size, makes really good espresso shots. There not wicked huge shots but the crema is nice and it's tastes good. The steam wand is a little weird and I bought our own tamper but I would recommmend this machine who just wants a little something around the house.
