I bought these for my 2 boys (2yr & 8yr), but wish they had put a recommended age up to 5 years. I do like them don't get me wrong, but chain only fit my 2 year old. Should state for Infant to Toddler, not child over 5 maybe 6. I know it does state 13", should've measured my sons neck I guess.
