We've been through 3 of these. When they work - they're great, buuut they keep breaking! Three months is the most we've gotten out of one. Just say no until they improve the quality.

We ordered 3 of these items for Christmas presents, 6 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME, just to find that they NEVER SHOWED UP!! We were, however, charged for them promptly. Finally, two weeks before Christmas, we contacted Amazon and we were told that "there are plenty on hand and we will have them expedited to you". This was bought by me and given as a gift to my son who is in another state. It cooks your whole breakfast in one appliance and has it all ready to eat at the same time. Clean-up is very easy. Want to buy one for me now!
